James Gordon
Born in Strathspey in the Scottish Highlands and brought up on a farm, James has always had an affinity with the nature and beauty of this wonderful area .His appreciation of the landscape continually increases along with the desire to capture the mood and emotion of it all. He is producing an ongoing portfolio of evocative landscape images which convey the love of wild places of Scotland that we all feel and relate to.
All work is now produced using digital equipment, from the Canon 5D MK11 full frame 21MP sensor camera, c/w 17-40, 24-105, 100-400 canon "L" lenses to the output of the HP z3100 photo printer which delivers outstanding long life archival prints. He also has a small framing studio which helps to extend the quality of production through to the finished article. Prints are available in many sizes from A4 upwards in Mounted, framed, and canvas options. Cards and calendars are also available at markets. Images can be supplied to publications and websites.
