All Markets run from 10am – 4pm except the indoor markets which run from 10.30am – 3.30pm.

  In Aviemore CFM are very pleased to welcome a team from the Food Standards Agency in Scotland to stage a cookery demonstration, with chef Robert Tiffin of the Sizzling Scot restaurant in Edinburgh. There will be free taster sessions, as well as the chance to use the amazing Glitter Bug Hand Washer to discover if you are cleaning your hands as well as you really think!

There will also be the opportunity to ask the experts all your questions about healthy eating and food safety.

  The Figgat Fair is run by Grantown Museum adjacent to the Market. It is a fund raising event as well as highlighting local history. This year there is to be a focus on the little known Saint who the event is named after.

  Thursday 14th Grantown Show
  The Grantown Show is always the highlight of the agricultural year and attracts a good crowd of people from across the north east of Scotland and beyond. Come along and view the quality livestock the area is so well known for and purchase local food products to remind you of the day.
  Saturday 28th Grantown Harley Rally
  The annual Harley Davidson Rally in Aviemore always features a ride out to Grantown on the Saturday afternoon. The Square is jam packed with bikes of all shapes and sizes from across the country. Come and join in the great atmosphere this create and sample some ready to eat local produce. Please note this is not a full Farmers Market. September Sunday 5th Grantown Motor Mania
  Motor Mania is the annual vintage and classic car event run in the Square. The event has become a fantatstic show for a huge variety of old vehicles. In recent years it has been supplemented with a range of stalls as well as the quality local food and crafts from our Farmers Market. It is an excellent day out, and it invariably enjoys good weather.
